Microsoft’s President of Microsoft’s Online Services Group, Qi Lu sat down with with Tim O’Reilly at the Web 2.0 Summit. There was an announcement of the deal between Microsoft and Twitter to include real-time tweets in Bing’s search results. They were joined on stage by Microsoft senior vice president of the Online Audience Business, Yusuf Mehdi has revenue and market share responsibility for the Bing and MSN businesses. He gave a demonstration of Bing's Twitter search and talked about the upcoming new features resulting from the deal with Facebook.
