I arrived in Washington last night just in time for the tail end of a great reception held by Google in their D.C. office. I have joined about 600 people from government, academia, business, nonprofits, media, and technology in Washington, D.C. for the inaugural Gov 2.0 Summit. This is the first major meeting with leaders to discuss and learn to adapt the online tools they use in everyday life to the work of government. It looks to be a very exciting time.
